On-Call Environmental Services

SCOPE OF SERVICES In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the City of Arcadia has adopted the CEQA Guidelines as its procedures for the review of development projects and other activities to ensure compliance with State law. Pursuant to these procedures, the City anticipates that the preparation of environmental document(s) may be required for future projects. Due to the potential for project schedules to overlap, the City may ask several firms to provide consulting services and the firm(s) may subsequently be asked to provide a variety of professional services and to prepare a variety of environmental documents (such as Environmental Impact Reports, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Negative Declarations, Initial Studies, and technical reports) in compliance with the requirements of CEQA and NEPA.
