Scope of Work. Upon request of the City, the Consultant will promptly meet with City staff to discuss any revisions to the Project desired by the City. Consultant agrees that the Scope of Work may be amended based upon said meetings, and, by amendment to this Agreement, the parties may agree on a revision or revisions to Consultant’s compensation based thereon. A revision pursuant to this Section that does not increase the total cost payable to Consultant by more than ten PSA with Professional Liability Insurance (Non-Design) Page 2 Last Revised: 11/12/2020 percent (10%) of the total compensation specified in Section 3, may be approved in writing by City’s City Manager without amendment.
