SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall perform all work as required by, and in strict accordance with, the Contract Documents (the “Project”), which consists of, in general, the reconstruction of the Niguel Shores revetment by means of temporarily removing, grading, and stockpiling existing stone, then restacking. Importation of additional stone in Zone 3, up to 1,000 tons, within the construction envelope. Repair of the existing concrete access ramps and stairs located at the northern end of the project.
