GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT The project is located at 683 Fremont Street, Salinas, CA 93905. The program calls for about a new 7,800sf building with meeting spaces, flexible multipurpose rooms, offices, kitchen, and teen lounge/activity space. In addition the site program is comprised of a central courtyard, multi-use sports court, and entry plaza. Exterior scopes include landscape & flatwork with lighting and irrigation. Existing parking improvements are also part of project including re-asphalt & striping, new lighting with ADA compliance.
