Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide all landscape maintenance services required for the areas specified herein. The work shall include, in general, all mowing, edging, pruning, trimming, irrigation, inspection/testing and repair of irrigation systems, weeding, and control of rodents and pests The Contract specifications define the minimum level of service and frequency deemed acceptable. It is intended that the Contractor will schedule its operations to meet or exceed these levels. The Contractor shall provide all labor (including professional and supervisory services), tools, equipment (including vehicles), materials and incidentals to perform all specified services. Materials and equipment shall NOT be stored at the site.
