Work consists of asphalt concrete pavement resurfacing within the existing right-of-way, removal and reconstruction of ADA access ramps, curb and gutter, and concrete sidewalks, flow-through curb extensions, adjustment of utility structures, pavers, decorative thermoplastic crosswalks, traffic striping and pavement markings, signage and striping, monument sign, new landscaping and irrigation, decomposed granite, decorative lighting, parking lot lights, fencing, furnishings, and other appurtenant work.
