SCOPE OF SERVICES The City of Victorville (“City”) invites proposals from qualified Engineering Consultants to assemble a preliminary design (30% Design) for the City’s Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWWTP) expansion, and other related improvements to address current and future needs of the plant. That includes but is not limited to design criteria, site layouts, planning level cost estimates for the design, required permits, and timeline of design period for planning and design of improvements defined for the expansion and upgrade of the plant. This preliminary design is considered phase 1 of a three-phase process of upgrading and expanding the IWWTP to meet future demands. Consultants who submit proposals for this project must have documented experience in providing similar services for other cities, agencies, or water districts.
