SCOPE OF SERVICES Working on federally funded projects requires in-depth knowledge of the Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM), the Caltrans Construction Manual, and other Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements. Interested companies shall address in their qualification statements the ability to provide the following services, if selected by the City, complying with Caltrans and FHWA requirements. The successful company will be expected to have the ability to provide the services described below. The City will determine which services will be required prior to construction.
