SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Proposer’s most recent independent audited financial statements for a fiscal year ended within the last 36 months. o In lieu of audited financial statements, the County may accept, on a case by case basis, a current written bank reference, in the form of a standard business letter, indicating that the Proposer’s business relationship with the financial institution is in positive standing. B. Documentation disclosing the amount of cash flows from operating activities for the Proposer’s most current operating period. Said documentation must indicate whether the cash flows are positive or negative, and, if the cash flows for the most recent operating period are negative, the documentation must include a detailed explanation of the factors contributing to the negative cash flows.
