The selected Contractor shall be responsible for the entire scope of work defined in these Specifications including all labor, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary to complete each of the services below as listed in the bid line items:  Delivery of activated carbon to the facilities indicated herein.  Spent carbon removal and disposal.  Vessel preparation and filling with new carbon.  Proper handling and disposal of spent carbon, including analytical analyses of spent carbon.
