General work description: The Base Bid for the project includes reconstruction of Fruitland Avenue from the intersection of Orchard Park Avenue to Winton Way, and Winton Way to approximately 140’ east of the intersection of Capitola Avenue (approximately 7,160 lf, total). The Additive Alternate #1 for the project includes reconstruction of Fruitland Avenue from approximately 140’ east of the intersection of Capitola Avenue, to the intersection of Shaffer Road (approximately 1,360 lf, total).
