Fred Endert Pool Deck and Locker Room Flooring Project

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Generally, the Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals, and performing all work required to complete the project. Where Owner supplies materials or equipment, Contractor is responsible for all other items to create a fully functional system. The work includes, but is not limited to: The work comprises installing flooring in the Fred Endert Pool Deck and Locker Room. The Bidder must provide bids for all of the “Base Bid” items and “Alternative Bid Items”. The contract will be awarded, if awarded, to the low Bidder on the Base Bid. The City may, at its sole discretion, award the contract for the “Base Bid” project only or the “Base Bid” and any selected alternatives. The City may decide to remove portions of the work in the awarded contract at a later date.
