CONTRACTOR shall provide labor and services to complete the Scope of Work specified in Attachment A to this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all materials, equipment, supplies and incidentals necessary to perform the work, except those which are expressly designated to be furnished by SEJPA. All work performed and materials supplied in the execution of this Agreement shall comply with applicable laws, standards, codes and regulations governing such materials, items and work. All material is guaranteed to be as specified in the Scope of Work. Any alteration or deviation from the specifications, which involve extra costs, must be approved by SEJPA in advance.
