Fiscal Year 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan

Under the direction of the City’s Community and Economic Development Department, the Consultant is expected to prepare the FY 2025-2029 Con Plan in accordance with all applicable federal and local policies, standards, and regulations. The work must be completed within the time frame identified in this RFP. The consolidated planning process is subject to stringent federal regulations with mandatory deadlines which are inflexible.
