SCOPE OF WORK Truckee Donner Public Utility District’s fiber optic system supports the electric and water utilities by providing District staff with SCADA information and control, meter data, and network connectivity to District facilities. The District’s fiber system consist of both underground and overhead facilities, with overhead facilities underbuilt on the District’s electric distribution infrastructure. TDPUD is seeking qualified bidders to provide maintenance, repair, and emergency restoration services for all District owned fiber.
