Emergency On-Call Spill Response Services

Scope of Work: The City of Morgan Hill seeks the services of a Service Provider to provide quick and efficient cleanup of hazardous material spill incidents. The intent of the City is to establish an on-call contract that would make necessary equipment and expertise readily available to the City when emergency spill cleanup is required. The purpose of the on-call contract is to expedite spill response times in order to minimize potential impacts to human health and the environment. Services could range from cleanup of hazardous materials spilled in a worst-case scenario train derailment with tanker cars, to more common cleanups including small oil spills, paint dumped in a gutter, or cleanup of unknown materials from a leaking abandoned hazmat drum.
