SCOPE OF WORK The Scope of Work for this project includes the removal of the existing slide tower, slide flume, slide stairs and risers, This work also includes protecting all existing bolts imbedded in the foundations securing the structure, protecting and capping off of the existing water supply piping to the slide flume and the hauling away of all demolished materials to leave a clean area for the later installation of a new slide structure. Carefully cap off the existing 8” schedule 80 water supply pipe to the slide flume to 8” above the finished concrete grade and securely and carefully protect it for future use. Carefully unscrew all nuts securing the tower and stair structures to the bolts embedded in the below-grade foundations – five (5) locations. Carefully remove all structural supports from existing bolts embedded in the existing below-grade foundations, and securely and carefully protect all bolts at five (5) foundation support locations for future use.
