District Administration Building Stucco Repair Project

DESCRIPTION OF WORK The CONTRACTOR shall furnish and install all equipment, material, products and all other items necessary for a complete and functional facility in accordance with the Contract Documents. The WORK of this CONTRACT comprises the repair of approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of building exterior stucco finishes on the west exterior wall and various smaller cracks and repair locations around the south and east exterior walls of the Truckee Donner Public Utility Districts Main Headquarters facility consisting of the following but is not all inclusive. All WORK shall be performed to TDPUD construction standards outlined in the Project Specifications Manual provided.
