Scope of ServicesThe City of San Clemente is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide a design for the reconstruction of the existing bike rack area located at the base of the San Clemente Pier, as shown in the enclosed Location Map. The existing area has two bike racks, accommodating up to 18 bikes, as well as a 112 square-foot pre-fabricated building that provides storage and a dedicated service space for the City’s Retired Volunteer Police Services (“RSVP”) personnel, known as the PACT House.
