Scope of Services Summary of project work includes the abatement of all hazardous materials (LBP/Asbestos), demolition of roughly 7,250sqft structure including a trash enclosure and shed, and all asphalt/concrete and fencing. Any soil import is to be certified and any base needed is available from a city jobsite. The site is to be rough graded and left clean with a berm around the perimeter. All Utilities will be abandoned by the City. All work necessary to complete the scope in a workmanlike manner in addition to any permits is the responsibility of contractor.
