Scope of Services The City of Eastvale is seeking Qualified respondents to provide ongoing streetlight operation and maintenance (O&M) services for all streetlights owned and operated by the City which includes approximately 4,323 street poles, totaling 4,357 light bulbs (68 Pre-Retrofit Metal Halide Decorative lamps, 2 Pre-Retrofit HPS Cobra lamps, and 4,287 Post-Retrofit LED Cobra lamps). Most of the streetlights were originally acquired under the LS2-B rate structure and maintenance responsibility.
