Scope of Services The project generally consists of the demolition and disposal of four (4) buildings/storage containers, a pool, and an abandoned water storage tank. Work includes, but is not limited to, existing hardscape and flatwork, utility disconnection/removals, pest abatement, abatement of hazardous materials, miscellaneous removals, and fill and compaction per the grading plans and installation of irrigation and sod per the landscape plan.
