City of Vista and Buena Sanitation District Sewer Master Plan Update

SCOPE OF SERVICES The Consultant shall furnish all services as required to prepare a Sewer Master Plan update. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked by a selection committee through a qualification based selection process using the following criteria: Project Manager and teams experience with similar work; demonstrated understanding and suggested modifications to the scope of work; description of staff involvement including meetings and workshops; data information needed from the City and District; and can demonstrate innovative, advanced, and well-thought-out methodologies that the City may not have specifically identified in the scope of work. The selection committee will short-list two Consultants with the highest ranked proposals for a presentation and interview prior to final Consultant selection
