Scope of Services
The City of Corona (“City”) is seeking a consultant or consultant team (“Consultant”) to work with stakeholders and city staff to revise the City’s existing Downtown Revitalization Specific Plan (SP98‐01) (“Specific Plan”). The revision (“Amendment”) is needed to integrate the 2022 Downtown Vision and Design Guidelines prepared by Storyland Studios, on behalf of the City of Corona Economic Development Department. A full project description can be found in the Section IV of the attached RFP document.
