SCOPE OF WORK Consultant’s scope of work must include performing the duties of Resident Engineer (RE) and Construction Inspector for all work performed within the “Bridge Preventative Maintenance Program”, Invitation to Bid (ITB) 23-1200-14-913, incorporated herein by this reference. Performance of duties must be in conformance with Caltrans Construction Manual, other documents referenced in the Caltrans Construction Manual, and procedures for federal-aid projects. Consultant shall be responsible for authorizing or stopping and accepting or rejecting the work of Contractor based on conformance with the construction contract documents.
