The scope of work will be performed by the Contractor for one (1) year beginning on the effective date of the Agreement and will include all labor, parts, tools, materials, and equipment needed to efficiently and continuously transport brine from VAWRP in Valencia, CA to JWPCP in Carson, CA. The Districts’ brine will DOC 6983746 5 be maintained at a pH between 12.0 and 12.4 and will not be considered ashazardous or toxic.
