SCOPE OF SERVICES The overall project scope includes the construction of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant directional ramps at 27 proposed intersections for a total of 66 ramps. Sidewalk panels and bottom landing areas will be adjacent to the ADA ramp improvements. One intersection signal upgrade will also be implemented. This solicitation is for the Project Approval and Environmental Documents (PA&ED) Phase related to this project
