SCOPE OF SERVICES Working on state funded projects requires in-depth knowledge of the Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM), the Caltrans Construction Manual, and other Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements. Interested firms shall address in their qualification statements, their ability to provide the following services if selected by the City that meet the Caltrans and FHWA requirements. The successful firm will be expected to have the ability to provide the services described below. The City will determine which services will be required prior to construction.
