The Project is located at Plant No. 2 at 22212 Brookhurst Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92646. The Work involves entry improvements at the secondary clarifiers and fall restraint anchor installation at DAFT facilities in Plant No. The major features of the Work include but are not limited to, the following Addition of Access Platforms and Ladder Holders at each of the 12 secondary clarifier basins for a safer means of plant personnel ingress and egress. Addition of a new Davit crane attachment at each of the 12 secondary clarifiers for fall protection, emergency retrieval, and rescue operations.
