SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work to be performed by the Consultant will include civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical and instrumentation engineering and design, prepare construction drawings and specifications, provide construction management support (responding to submittals, request for information (RFI), etc.), and facility startup and commissioning for the project phases listed below. The Consultant shall provide these services in conformance with Districts’ standards and in full compliance with all applicable laws, standards, and codes, including, but not limited to the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Greenbook), latest edition, and the Districts’ amendments thereto which can be obtained
