SCOPE OF WORK Cut out existing roof materials down to the concrete deck where crickets are to be installed. Use Low Rise Foam Insulation Adhesive to fully adhere EPS insulation crickets to the concrete deck. Use Low Rise Foam Insulation Adhesive to fully adhere dens deck coverboard to EPS cricket. Use Geogard Primer to prime the existing fluid applied membrane 6” beyond the bottom of the cricket. Fully adhere specified single ply with specified adhesive to dens deck extending out 6” beyond the cricket. Scarify new single ply base flashing. Apply Geogard primer to single ply base flashing Use AlphaGuard Bio Base Coat and Permafab to coat the new base flashing membrane and to reinforce the seam. Apply Alpha Guard Bio Top Coat to new base flashing
