Scope of Services ESC building is experiencing water intrusion that begins on the P2 level and flows down to the P3 level primarily in the northwest portion along Wilshire Bl (Building Line 1 per the attached foundation plans). Multiple sessions of grouting may be required to reduce water inflow to an acceptable level.
