This project is for an interim contractor to provide services over a six month period between two construction contracts for the Valley Academic Cultural Center (VACC), which is a 118,000sf Media and Performing Arts Facility that is partially completed at the north end of the campus. Project includes, but is not limited to: Assumption of the existing rental and maintenance of existing temporary construction fencing around the VACC construction site (Approximately 4,000lf but contractor is to verify the actual quantity). Provide building security and fire watch Patrol services 24 hours all days (weekdays, weekends, Holidays, etc).
