Scope of Work. The work to be undertaken is identified in the attached “Attachment III – Scope of Work” which is made a part of this Contract. The work shall be performed for the Fixed price, Annual price, Monthly price or Hourly rate as indicated above in the variable information table, but shall not exceed the Not-to-Exceed Price if included in the variable information table. Reasonable expenses are authorized in addition to the Hourly Rate if both the Hourly Rate block and the block authorizing Reasonable Expenses are checked in the variable information table. Payment shall be made after the Project Manager or designee reviews and approves the work and after submittal of an invoice by the Contractor
