DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The University is seeking to hire a Contractor for renovation work that will be delivered by Job Order Contracting (JOC). As described in more detail in the Bidding Documents, Work under the JOC will be limited to the following: 1. General construction work involving one or more building trades where the value of each job performed is between $100,000 and $500,000, where the project is identified as a Capital Project funded and approved by the Hospital Capital Equipment Committee as a part of the Medical Systems allocation of Capital resources, and where the work is performed only in the below-listed buildings: Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center 200 Medical Plaza Building 300 Medical Plaza Building West Medical Building Portions of the CHS Building, Levels A and B, Occupied by the UCLA Health System UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center and Orthopedic Hospital, 1250 16th Street Stuart House, 16th Street, 1336 16th St. Hoefflin Building, 1570 Arizona Ave
