SCOPE OF WORK Attention is directed to the provisions in Section 4, “Scope of Work” of the Caltrans Specifications, Standard Specification, and these Special Provisions. At no time shall construction begin without receiving notice that the contract has been approved by the City Attorney or an authorized representative.
