Scope of Work The City of Ukiah requests bids that include all necessary materials, equipment and labor to remove one (1) fir tree located at 600 Live Oak Ave, Ukiah CA. Tree to be removed will be marked. Tree removal work shall include all brush chipped, stumps ground 6-8" below ground level, and any visible roots removed. Total clean-up is required, including all wood chips and debris. Resulting stump holes to be filled by City crews. It is the contractor’s responsibility to notify Underground Service Alert (USA) to identify any underground utility issues within the area of the work. Dial (toll free) 1 (800) 642-2444. Upon completion of work, the area shall be cleaned to a condition at least equal to that which existed prior to the commencement of the work.
