Structure Representative and Construction Administration Services

SCOPE OF SERVICES In general, the County anticipates that the firm selected for this work shall provide a full-time on-site Structure Representative and other inspection or field personnel with bridge construction management and/or bridge inspection experience. Maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control and coordinate all necessary material source inspections and testing for the project with the County materials lab, Caltrans materials lab or an independent materials lab. Maintain daily inspection reports, provide technical responses as required, resolve discrepancies in the contract documents, and prepare and maintain construction project records in accordance with County, Caltrans and FHWA procedures and standard policies.
