Street Lighting Improvements: Holtby Road and Dracena Street

Scope of Services The work to be performed consists, in general, of furnishing and installing street lighting improvements along Holtby Road from Brundage Lane to Chester Lane and Dracaena Street from Oak Street to H Street. The work includes but is not limited to, removal of (1) Type 15 streetlight pole with 6’ mast arm and LED fixture, installation of (79) decorative lighting post with LED lamp, (31) streetlight/intermediate pull boxes, conduit, conductors, and installation of (2) new non-metered pedestal, the concrete construction of new curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, modification of existing fencing, and existing landscape/irrigation as necessary to accommodate the specified work, all in conformance with the contract documents.
