Scope of Services The Contractor shall provide steam hydro spraying services of the Santa Barbara Marine Center commercial area and Santa Barbara Harbor Patrol building walkway. Service locations: 117,125, and 132 Harbor Way in Santa Barbara Harbor. Steam hydro spraying shall be defined as pressure washing with a "hot" pressure washer in which the temperature at the nozzle is between 180-200 degrees in order to remove soil as well as sanitize.
