SCOPE These Technical Specifications cover the design, manufacture, testing, delivery, and installation of Six (6) 115KV circuit switchers with custom designs to fit the existing foundation for substation use at the City of Redding's Sulphur Creek Substation, Beltline Substation, Canby Substation, Moore Road Substation, and Airport-Redding Substation. Sulphur Creek is an existing substation located in the northwestern part of Redding. Beltline Substation is an existing substation located in the northern part of Redding. Canby Substation is an existing substation located in the east-central part of Redding.
