Silver Creek Improvement: County of Santa Clara Valley Health Plan (VHP) Headquarter Tenant Improvement

The Work will consist of but not limited to the following: Retrofitting the second and partial first floors of an existing concrete tilt-up panel, two-story, existing cold shell building for use as the headquarters for Valley Health Plan. Constructing the entrance lobby, office space, workstations, conference rooms, break area, restrooms, shower facilities, secondary entries, new operable exterior walls connecting conference rooms to the exterior patio area, interior moveable partitions, storage/shipping and receiving area, support spaces, and an added second elevator on the First Floor. The balance of the building to be reserved as warm shell for future tenancy.
