Sewer Lift Station Rehabilitation at Parsons Way and Panama Lane and Benton Street and Planz Road

The work to be performed consists, in general, of 1) the rehabilitation of an existing lift station, referred to herein asthe Parsons Lift Station and 2) the replacement of an existing sewage lift station referred to herein as the BentonLift Station. The Parson Lift Station is located within the frontage street on the north side of Panama Lane just westof the intersection of Parsons Way and the Benton Lift Station is located on the north side of Planz Road on thenortheast corner of the intersection of Benton Street. This second station is to be rebuilt at the northwest corner ofPlanz Road and Benton Steet within the existing sump area.
