Senior Center Emergency Generator Project

Scope of Services The scope of work for this project includes the installation of an emergency generator with enclosure at the Norco Senior Center located at 2690 Clark Avenue, Norco, California 92860. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of the removal of the existing asphalt area to provide for the new generator pad and wall. The procurement and installation of the new generator pad, generator, and generator enclosure. The contractor will also need to provide and install a new exterior transfer switch, install a new automatic transfer switch to the existing meter service, and install all electrical and appurtenant devices/materials listed and required in the plans for the specified project. The work to be done consists of furnishing equipment/materials, tools, labor, incidentals, and materials as needed required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project.
