Project Description: The objective of this project is to obtain the services of a contractor to provide tenant improvements in select locations throughout the building including but not limited to; internal wall demolition and rebuild, carpet square installation, revisions to suspended ceilings and interior wall painting. Also included are electrical, mechanical and sprinkler modifications. The impacted areas are located on the 2nd Floor in Suite 200 1,466 s.f. and 3rd Floor 230 s.f.
