Scope of work for this project includes clearing, grubbing, stripping, demolition and removalof debris, removal of contaminated soil, import of clean topsoil, including placing, grading andcompaction. Structures on the site, some on foundations, others on surface shall beremoved. Many of these structures contain hazardous materials such as asbestos, leadbased paints, and solvents. After removal and grading operations, the site shall be restoredto a natural state, that is, graded to existing conditions and hydroseeded with a nativeCalifornia plant mixture.
