Scope of Services The purpose of this project is to replenish anthracite coal filter media in Filter No. 3 and Filter No. 4 beds. The Contractor shall supply and install the anthracite media into these filters. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to acquire and transport the media and to provide all personnel and equipment necessary for the installation of the media into the filters. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to acquire, transport, supply, and install anthracite coal media into Filter No. 3 and Filter No. 4 to bring the total media bed depth to 36 inches including the sand and anthracite layers as specified herein.
