The work includes: Removal and disposal of the existing Dry Seal Gas Holder diaphragm and installation of a new diaphragm, all sheaves, all cables, all carriage bolts, and performance of a functional test per the specifications. Work also includes the interior surface preparation, and paint overcoating of the existing Dry Seal Gas Holder tank’s interior surfaces: shell, tank bottom, bottom of piston, and all accessories and appurtenances exposed to the stored methane.
