Rolling Gate and Rollup Door Operator Installation

Scope of Work The City of Pasadena, CA is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish and install a new steel slide gate with slide gate operator(s) at a specified location and to to replace the existing rollup door operator and replace it with new 2HP lift master (or equivalent) with WiFi wireless capability to open and close using my Q app or equivalent. Add new photo eyes for additional safety. The existing door does not have any safety features only a momentary open/close switch. The existing door is currently in good operating condition. The purpose of this project is to enhance the security and access control for the designated areas. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all necessary materials, equipment, and labor required for the successful completion of the project.
