SCOPE OF WORK CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, TOOLS, MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND OTHER RELATED NEEDS TO INSTALL SOD AT THE DUNSMORE PARK LOCATED AT 4700 DUNSMORE AVENUE, GLENDALE, CA, AS REQUESTED: FURNISH AND INSTALL APPROXIMATELY 63,000 SQUARE FEET OF SOD. HYBRID BERMUDA TIFF TUFF OR EQUIVALENT. THE SOD MUST BE INSTALLED BY THE VENDOR AND ROLLED BEFORE JOB COMPLETION. THE AREA WILL BE GRADED AND READY FOR INSTALLATION. NO IRRIGATION WORK IS REQUIRED.
